Sqwibbl.ai and Sqwibbl software are provided by Professional Language Models, Inc. These terms apply when you access the website, create a download account, download Sqwibbl, or use related services.
Sqwibbl can draft, browse, organize, summarize, automate, and use software at your direction. It can make mistakes. Review important work before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, security, or safety-sensitive matters.
Sqwibbl is designed to ask before important actions such as sending messages, deleting files, publishing, purchasing, sharing private information, or changing sensitive settings. Do not approve an action unless you understand and accept it.
You agree not to use Sqwibbl to break the law, harm others, bypass security, steal data, impersonate people, create malware, spam, harass, exploit minors, violate intellectual property rights, or automate activity you are not authorized to perform.
Some Sqwibbl abilities may run locally on your device. Others may use PLM Network services, third-party AI providers, websites, email providers, payment processors, or other integrations. Use of connected features may also be governed by those providers' terms.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for downloads or files obtained through your account. We may limit, suspend, or revoke access if needed to protect users, systems, or the business.
Sqwibbl is provided as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for every task. You are responsible for backups, review, approvals, and final decisions.
We may update Sqwibbl, these terms, or related services as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
